High-school football player turned coach, Willie is a strong leader of both young and old men. His wife has a beautiful disposition and natural ease that makes anyone fall in love with her from the moment they meet her. Like a set of fine dinnerware, you could not have found a better match than these two.
Joan Otey: An accomplished singer, and liturgical dancer on the church praise dance team. Joan is a willing worker and a gentle spirit. Joan Otey spoke her first word in youth church and set it off with “Now watcha gonna do?” Joan is a member of the youth choir and loves singing with her brothers and sisters when they sing together as a family. As the youngest Otey child, she is truly becoming a mighty woman of God. Joan Otey aspires to be a child Psychologist and is planning to start college in the very near future. Bishop Raymond L. Otey Sr. is a dynamic visionary who brings reconciliation to the body of Christ by establishing biblical order and preaching the Gospel. His radical approach to the gospel of Jesus Christ appeals to people of all ages, cultures, creeds, and denominations. Bishop Otey teaches biblically-based perspectives of leadership and apostolic ministry. He has earned numerous ministerial certifications, including his Bachelors of Theology Degree from the Higher Learning Bible Institute in Richmond, Virginia. Bishop Otey has traveled to Africa and India on several occasions, working on various ministry teams. Because of his willingness to provide pastoral guidance and wise counsel to those in need, several pastors look to him as a spiritual father.
Bishop Otey has a world-class ministry and an apostolic anointing that is second to none. An anointing that breaks yokes, pulls down strongholds, restores shattered dreams and revives personal commitments to Christ. He flows in the five-fold ministry gifts, speaking healing and restoration into broken lives. Bishop Otey truly loves the Lord and seeks to please Him in all that he does.

First Lady Lawana Otey: Lady Lawana is the model of what a wife should be. Always standing by her husband caring for his every need, traveling with him and supporting him. Our First Lady is a one woman support team. Affectionately called “Mawana” by her many adopted children, first lady is just like the mother hen of the church. She currently has several responsibilities at church such as, heading M.C.C.I.’s”Women Of Vision” ministry team, the “Seniors Ministry” and also faithfully serves as the church sexton. Always moving, you almost need roller skates to keep up with her. She is always on a mission to help others. When she hears of a need, she stops what she is doing to help. Her caring and sharing knows no bounds. There is a song that says, “You can’t beat God’s giving no matter how you try”. Though Lady Lawana isn’t trying to beat Him, that’s where she takes all of her cues.
